In order to setup your subscription with our service you must first register with us. After you have successfully registered and verified your email address you will be able to select a subscription from your user control panel.
We update our data once a month to provide you with the most current information.
Yes, if you are in need of custom programming to utilize the data we provide or other programming needs we can help. We are versed in a wide variety of languages such as but not limited to, PHP, jQuery, CSS, HTML 5, Laravel, CodeIgniter, and payment integrations using Authorize.NET, Stripe, and PayPal. ACCOUNT
All api tokens are randomly generated and unique to each account. For security reasons we DO NOT offer the ability for users to create their own api tokens.
You can change your password in your user control panel. Do do this click your name in the rop right and select view profile from the drop down.
Do to the nature of our service we DO NOT offer refunds. However, you can cancel your subscription at anytime via your dashboard in the user control panel. Once you cancel your subscription will end once your current subscription has run out. You will not be charged for any further fees after cancellation.
Yes, you can change your subscription plan at anytime via your user dashboard with a few clicks of a button.
PAYMENTS
All invoices can be viewed via the user control panel. To view your invoice list click billing form the navigation menu then Invoices. You will see a list of invoices with a download link to a PDF version so you can print for your records.
We take your privacy very serious and use a third party gateway for all our credit card processing called Stripe. We never store your credit card information locally on our servers. Stripe is PCI compliant and keeps your credit card information secure. Stripe is powered by Wells Fargo, view their Services Terms .
There could be multiple reasons this would happen. You could check with your bank and see if they have a block on the account for online purchases. Next verify that you have used the proper CCV code located on the back of your card as well as your credit card number.
